Booking Terms & Conditions – Tranquility Atelier

These terms apply to all treatments and programmes booked with Catherine Lawson at Tranquility Atelier, Grove Farm Wellbeing Hub, Swanton Abbott, Norfolk. Tranquility Atelier is a women-only practice.

Booking and payment

All sessions must be booked in advance. Payment is required at the time of booking. Gift vouchers are available and must be used before their expiry date.

Cancellations and rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged at 50% of the treatment fee. Same-day cancellations will be charged in full.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time and full payment will apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late without contact, the appointment may be treated as a non-attendance and the full fee will apply.

No-shows

If you do not attend your appointment without notice, the full treatment fee will be charged.

Health and contraindications

Please inform me of any medical conditions or contraindications before your session. My treatments are complementary and are not a substitute for medical advice. I reserve the right to adapt or decline treatment if safety requires it.

Conduct

Respectful behaviour is expected at all times. Sessions will be ended immediately for inappropriate conduct, with no refund issued

If Catherine needs to cancel

In the rare event that Catherine needs to cancel your appointment at short notice, any deposit or payment made will be carried forward, an alternative date will be offered or a full refund provided.

The Restoration Programme

The same cancellation terms apply to individual sessions within the Restoration Programme. If Catherine cancels a programme session due to ill health, that session will be carried forward and rescheduled as soon as possible. The programme timeline may be extended accordingly at no additional cost.

Liability

Every care is taken to ensure a safe experience. Tranquility Atelier is not liable for adverse reactions where accurate and complete health information was not provided prior to treatment.

Privacy

All personal data is kept confidential and used solely for booking and treatment purposes. Information is never shared with third parties without written consent, except where required by law. Our privacy policy is available at tranquilityatelier.co.uk/privacy-policy.

Amendments

These terms may be updated. Current terms are available on the Tranquility Atelier website.
